What are the possible payment methods?

Parce qu'il est le moyen le plus simple et le plus sûr, Octika fonctionne depuis plusieurs années avec des règlements par L.C.R Magnétiques (Lettre de change relevé). Renseignez vos coordonnées bancaires une seule fois, puis, commandez en toute sécurité en quelques clics.

Vos informations bancaires vous seront demandées lors de la validation de votre première commande. Aucune commande ne pourra être passée sans renseignement préalable de celles-ci.

Vous pouvez à tout moment modifier vos informations soit lors du paiement.

Quand recevrais-je ma facture?

Une fois votre commande confirmée, vous recevrez un mail contenant le récapitulatif de celle-ci. Votre recevrez votre facture par courrier avec le colis. Si vous souhaitez obtenir un duplicatat ou si vous avez des questions concerant votre facture, contacter-nous directement par téléphone (au 04 67 20 39 66). Demandez le service comptabilité.


What are my after-sales conditions?

How to order a service?

Go to "direct order service" and select your article. All the steps are identical to those in the store for firm orders. Don't hesitate to group your firm and after-sales orders in order to save on possible shipping costs. What are the costs and delivery times?

All our parcels (except those to DOM-TOM and abroad) are delivered by our G.L.S. carriers.

The delivery time varies according to your location between 24H and 48H after shipping. The amount of shipping costs are indicated on the summary of the order according to the number of pieces (or the weight for the DOM-TOM and abroad) and are offered from 10 pieces invoiced (the spare parts and the parts discounted 100% will not be taken into account).

How do I create my account?

In order to guarantee maximum security to all our users, whether you are already an Octika customer or a new customer, registration on is mandatory for any online order.

To do so, click on the "create an account" tab available in the top banner of the home page. Fill in all the fields (the information followed by the symbol (*) are required to create an account).

After registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration. We will then verify your information and an email validation of account creation will be sent. You will then be able to place your first order.
